Her Excellency, Buhle Nkuna!
On the 29/07/2019 I called MiWay to enquire on my policy, specifically the premium I was paying. I was assisted by Buhle Nkuna with changing my policy details and I must say, I was very impressed with the manner in which my enquiry was handled. Buhle was efficient, caring and professional in her conduct, as much as she knew that my demands were high. She managed to not only keep me as MiWay client but help me see the loyalty they have to your client.
Today I’m happy because of her.
