Henry Shongwe saves the day AGAIN

I received my (ANNUAL) updated policy on my car insurance. I was dissapointed with the fact that my premium was being increased. <br> <br> I called Miway and explained that i live on a budget and cannot pay anymore than i am already paying.<br> <br> Then the retention specialist Mr. Henry Shongwe called me. He was extremely polite and helpful. He easily calmed me down and explained that he will try and do everything in his power to make my premium as affordable as possible.<br> <br> I was delighted when he told me that due my being a loyal client of Miway for over 6 years. He was going to hold my premium to what it was last year. No increase !!! He changed it back.<br> <br> I am extremely satisfied that he was able to make my premium affordable again.<br> <br> I will always be loyal to Miway as long as they have Miracle workers like Henry Shongwe with them.<br> <br> Henry certainly saved the day. Thank you Henry.<br> <br>
