HELPFULNESS

I am quite impressed with the level of service that Nox Dhladhla at MiWay gave me. She really went the extra mile in trying to make me understand why it is important for me to stay with Miway. Even though i cancelled my vehicle insurance policy, she ensured that she provides me with life cover from MiWay. Through all this, she fell ill and then asked a colleague to keep in contact with me during her absence. That is what I call service. She even called me and i could hear that she was not fully recovered from her illness but she was willing to speak to me throughout. She really is a valuable asset to the company. Well done Nox!!!
