Helpful, Thoughtful & Goes the extra mile

<p>On 29 April my car was involved in an accident where I was not in the car. After processing the claim, I experienced many issues, mostly based on lack of communciation - information not being communicated to the client. Lana was asked to step in and in no time, she assisted in fast tracking the process and explained how the processes work etc. Working with Lana made feel at easy and would like to encouage her to keep up the good work and to encourage the rest of the team to work as efficiently.
