Helpful staff. Tyrese helped a lot. Spoke in a calm tone and calmed me down as well. Stayed on the phone with me till he got a truck to tow me. Heinrich was a huge help. Got my ride home in style 🤣. Felt relaxed sitting in the passenger seat for a change.
