Helpful, but ...

I had 2 insurance claims in less than a week, thanks to a taxi, and then someone on their phone. Thabiso at MiWay was very helpful, concerned and has been a great help to me, as well as encouraging. I have to say that with one of the claims, it took 2 weeks to hear back from them.
