Helpful and patient Ponolo

I spoke to Ponolo, she is extremely patient and helpful. Its been a while since I actually spoke to someone who actually goes out of her way to assist the customer(the last time I called prior to speaking to Ponolo today, I was told I would be called back and I am still waiting). Miway please recognize her for her efforts, she knows how to treat your clients.
