Hello Peter is the only way to get Miway to respond

After an already painful claims experience, with a poor panelbeater I had to reconnect with Miway to let them know the poor workmanship which Ive discovered. I wrote to Sakhele Mchunu on 25 April 2025 and the claims assessor Antonio Petrone and to date no response or acknowledgment from them. I then redirected my email to Mzilikazi Khumalo who had contacted me around my first Hello Peter complaint where he said I should write to their complaints dept first for a resolution. Well here I am writing to HP again as even Mzilikazi has not responded to my email to him on 7 May. Maybe now I will get a response and be assisted.
