Hello Peter I have problem with MiWay I put on accident claim last month they said I must send the documents of which I did on 08.09.2026 I received email from MiWay stating that they have received the documents when I do follow up some said yes they did some said no Friday last week katloho said yes I minutes later said he will check with claim department he will call me but he never called me till today I sent once Whatsapp he gave other every time when contacting them I have to speak to I new advisors I am sick and tired with them not telling the truth please assist me to get my payment they asked car documents and spear key was registered by post I did done All follow up it they received the documents but now things change they tell me different story please help me
