Hello , I had an excellent experience with Miway today, firstly Vuyo responded to my call back in record time, with amicable and knowledgeable service, he kindly asked me relevant questions and updated my policy and yielded to my request to review my policy premium, Vuyo also advised me about the watsapp service and miway app, I was spoken to very politely, thank him for that, thereafter I was referred to a Senior consultant, Vuyiswa, who brightened my day even further, she asked me about my policy and advised me about the Miway app and marketing and household insurance. I learnt a lot from her. Vuyiswa thanked me for being a 10 year policy holder, that made me feel so appreciated, she also assisted in reviewing my policy and eventually helping with my premiums, A job well done to Vuyo and Vuyiswa.
