Hell service

I have been insured with miway for more than 4 years now without any claim. Now found my car with scratches then I decided to claim especially now that I have caver for those. First we are advise to do claims on the app only to find out that there s no option for scratches when you claim. To cut the story short I have been waiting for a month now without assistance WOW everytime I call to do follow up
