He went on leave without giving me feedback
got in a personal accident and claimed with Miway. I was supposed to get a courtesy car on the week of the 23rd of March. But i got no feedback from this guy. 2 weeks later my panelbeater is still awaiting authorization from my insurance and when i try contact this guy his phone takes me to his voicemail and his email gives me the automated reply about him been out of the office until the 14th of April. Im not against people going on leave but atleast let me know what is happening with my car abd claim. This is very unprofessional. Call center people insist there is authorization and my panelbeater says there isnt and they failed to get response from Miway.
