07 Mar 2023, 12:46So my 5 star review has now gone to a 0 Star. After I received my updated policy documents the shock! The amount agreed on and what was stated the difference is +R500 which according to Given Chauke they were owing me +/-R38. The updated documents show an increase in my excess and premium which I never agreed to. This is very unprofessional and suddenly they have an error on their app when I want to rate the a bad score. You better go back to our recordings and update this nonsense to what was agreed upon.
