Having a terrible ex...

Having a terrible experience with them I really do not recommend anyone to take miway as their insurance, I claimed as a third party they still haven’t fixed my car been a month and a week+ now worse part is that they can’t even talk to the clients, called the guy who is handling this claim (koketso) and he was shouting at me imagine the frustration he is adding I really do not understand why would they take so long or they are planning not to fix it the wait is too much now, I drive 80minites return to work everyday and imagine not having a car for a month where do they think I get money for bolt?? I go to work 4am they are no taxis that time all they do is to tell me to be patient like how? DO NOT RECOMMEND!
