Harassment instead of protection

This is the 2nd review I'm writing. We were compelled to sign a consent form in order for them to process the claim. They went to where i say and showed eveybody even my neighbors the car that was involved in the accident. Thanks to them now everyone in my community knows that my car was in an accident. They are even asking very personal questions about us. Now they are making my son to sign the same form,in order for them to question his girlfriend. The mother of my son's girlfriend is even angry.I can clearly see that they don't want to pay they are looking for loop holes.If they want to decline they must just decline so that i can know where i stand and take this matter to the next level. This is affecting my life and health. This feels like harassment,if i only knew that it was going to be this difficult to claim ,i would have just choosen a diffrent insurance company.My car was hit from the back but I'm the one suffering.
