Harassed by Unsolicited WhatsApp and Email Marketing

I am extremely disappointed with MiWay and their practices. Their brokers spammed me repeatedly on both WhatsApp and email without my consent. This is intrusive, unprofessional, and in direct violation of basic standards of respectful business conduct.

I made it clear that I was not interested, yet the unsolicited messages continued. Using personal communication platforms like WhatsApp for cold marketing is unacceptable and feels harassing. Any reputable company should know that this is not how professional client relationships are built.

If this is the way MiWay trains or allows their brokers to operate, it raises serious questions about their ethics and respect for client privacy. A company that disregards consent and spams potential clients cannot be trusted with handling something as important as insurance.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with MiWay.
