Harassed and threatened by MiWay

I have received sms'es from MiWay instructing me to pay them directly for an accident caused by their client and they have threatened to repossess my assets and send me to court if I don't pay them. This is despite me having my own active insurance and being covered for 3rd party claims. Why am I being told to take ownership of an accident caused by their client who skipped a non-working robot and failed to brake? Why am I being harassed and threatened by them? Why is this matter not being directed to my insurance?
