Happy with the service I received from MiWay Agent

I was really impressed with the service I received from Ompha, She listened to my queries after the mistakes that were done by the first Agent who tried to help me on the day and she apoligised on her behalf. She waited for my quieries to be solved whilst she patiently waited over the phone for me to receive all the documents I have requested.
