Happy moment

<p>I was on my way home when the fanbelt of my vehicle snapped. Because its an automatic I had to park my vehicle on the side of the road and could not continue my journey home. It was then when I phoned Miway for road assistance. I spoke to a gentleman called Patrick, he was very helpfull in all ways. He helped me very quickly and could also quickly identify who he was talking to. I was very amazed by that. I then explained to him my situation he then assured me that help will be soon on its way. It was less than forthy minutes when the towing truck arrived. The driver of the towing truck assist me in all safe ways to assure safety of my vehicle. He instructed me step by step what to do. On arrival at home again all safety precautions were taken to ensure the safety of the vehicle. My vehicle is safe home unscratched and unharmed. I will highly recommend 23 hr motorworks Towing services at all times, and if possible ask for the driver called Jacques. I thank Miway Patrick and Jacques for the safe return of my vehicle.
