Happy Ending to my claim

This query started out so badly. However, Tahir Mohamed (Legal Advisor), took over after I submitted my claim. He kept me updated nearly every week by phone call or email. At no point did I have to wonder what was going with my query. He was truly exceptional. So as much as I complained her on this platform first time around, it's only fair I give complements where it's due. Thank you Tahir.
