Happy customer, Lerato assisted me with my Premium complaints. I am a happy customer, if not for her I would have cancelled the policy. I was assisted by Lerato from Miway Insurance however I didn't request for her surname. So hopefully it's the right Lerato that will read this review., I have never seen such efficient customer service. She made sure I was assisted and and even took to herself to ensure that she went to other departments and got them to speed up on processes that I have been waiting for for a while now.
