HAPPY CUSTOMER ON EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM MIWAY

Good day Miway Team,

My name is Shirley Maphalle. I have personal car insurance with Miway for +-3 yrs without a claim/accident or any call out road assistance.On the 03/09/2018 I had a break down an needed road assistance. During the time of my call to Miway I was helped by a gentleman called Thatho Ikaneng who took me through all the steps with updates in between from the time the call was logged in till I got the assistance I needed. My car was towed to a safer place and afterwards I still got a call to check up on me if I was helped and arrived safely.

Unfortunately something happened again on the 21/09/2018 this time i was helped by a lady called Lethabo Hlabyago. I had two flat tyres one side of my car.I really don't know what happened on this case by it was late that they Miway couldnt find a better option of helping me except to tow me to a safer place or tow my car to my house which was done as per my request. The updates and time frames was done properly and to satisfactory.

I must say in both instances I dont regret of taking Miway as my personal insurance. Their services is excellent, mostly time frame from the time you log in the call for assistance to the time you actually get help its amazing. The updates in between the calls while waiting for help are marvelous, they will keep you updated on everything and give you the information you need. I must say when few days ago watching advert on the TV about one of their consultant checking up a client from the time she was involved in the accident to the time she was discharged to home alive would say its a lie but after my own experiences I have realised and witnessed that they are true.

Lastly it is with outmost way to say Miway is the way to go, a life partner you need all the time and a true friend in need. Even if they cant find a way to help you they make one just specially for you.Keep up the good work by taking care of your clients. Your the best.
