Happy Customer

Fantastic service, as a loyal customer of over 10 years am happy. So to my shock my premium was increased following an annual review... 1st thing that came to mind was "cancel this insurance" but i thought let me call them and ask for a profile review and see if i can get it down... am happy to say that i spoke to Christina a very dedicated, patient and enthusiastic employee .. and boom they were able to reduce my premium and am happy to be remaining with them... so next time u feel that you "are being taken for a ride" don't be scared to pick up the phone and ask for a profile review.. you could save yourself hundreds of Rands and also the headache of having to start over with a new insurance company. i am Happy...
