I am writing this review as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Mihelp adviser on the 28th of August 2019. I was facing a problem with my car it could not start. I was attended by Mr. Tumisang Kolwane, working as a call agent (adviser) in your insurance department. Mr. Kolwane did not take long to rectify the problem. The ability to provide the resolution quickly exceeded my expectations and he was patient enough to listen to my problem.

I really commend the prompt service provided by Mr. Kolwane. He made sure that the problem was resolved and that I have arrived safe at home. He also advised me on how to avoid the problem from recurring. I am really pleased with the knowledge and s****s of your staff. The great service made me feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just reducing the calls waiting.
