17 Oct 2019, 15:15but now theres a challenge. on the 15th I was debited twice then on the 16th I called in to query an additional amount that was debit. then I was assisted by Sibahle who arranged for refund for an additional amount. when I called in today I learned that the refund is backdated. that means now I am not covered as arranged that the end of contract will be until the 14th of November. can you please assist me I need to fix this ASAP. I would also like to reactivate my policy I have thought hard about this and realised that I am happy with the relationship I have with you.
