I just want to commend Simangele and her Manager Seitshiro for the exceptional service they gave me yesterday. For Simangele she made the call so enjoyable and not boring like most call centre calls. She assisted me with so much enthusiasm with her bubbly and friendly personality. Having being with Miway for over 4 years i decided to ask for a discount and wow i got a discount i didnt expect from Seitshiro the Manager. I am happy to be with Miway their service is just too good!!! Thank you to whoever trains the staff there u have done a great job!!! Keep up the good customer service.
