Good day, I had a huge annual increase of my premium and I called miway and requested that they re look at the premium and I spoke to Simphiwe Khumalo the senior adviser and he assisted me in a kind way. He really knows customer service, he spoke clearly, with a smile and he is friendly. I am happy that he offered me a better premium that I can afford. Thank you miway for having wonderful staff.
