I queried my monthly instalments on my policy as I had been given a better quote by Auto & General insurance. The consultant at Miway phoned me within 24 hours and were able to better the counter offer. He also made me feel like Miway truly appreciate my business and would do what they could to assist.
The service I received was unseen in today's times. I have been a client of Miway for 6 years and every time I have contacted them I have felt that I am their only client. They are super quick with the queries and their level of compassion for your situation is amazing. I wish all service providers were this efficient.
Thank you Miway for affirming that I made the right choice all those years ago.
