Happy client

I called earlier on in the morning to cancel my premium because I could no longer afford it ,I got through to a gentlemen by the name Thamasanqa and he put me through to a supervisor to assist me in lowering my premium and keep me as their client as I have been with them for over the past 2 years and have never claimed. She was so kind and understanding. Her name is Lerato Mathabe, she is such a STAR! and I believe she is an a huge asset to the company, in no time she manage to keep me as a happy client my premium has been lowered and I'm so glad to have got through to such 2 amazing and helpful people.
