Happy at the end - MiWay

I wanted to cancel my insurance seeing that after an annual review because of lot of misunderstandings. I contacted the a company and the I got assisted by Mr Refilwe Montshiwa, Senior advisor who took me step by step through my policy including all the benefits that I didn't realise I have that goes with the policy (cover). All I can say is that I am happy about the quality of service he gave and being patient with me, I must say I was one of those difficult clients who just wanted to cancel the policy and not hear anything more, but like I said, he became patient with me until all the misunderstandings were cleared. We need such dedicated employees who put clients' interests first. Thank you so much Refilwe, you are an asset at MiWay.
