So, I hereby endorse the the way the Miway employees help existing and new clients at their call centres. Specifically Ntombie who works in the accounts department. She helped to reduce my premium and excess amounts. she was excellent in her communication with me, and hereby endorse and encourage new and existing client to phone the call centre agents to assist with any concerns or changes that is required.
