half Damages is not approved

Claim NO: 699105<br> Insurer : Makhosazana Twala<br> Assessor: Victor Pinhero<br> <br> I join Miway since 2013 until now without any claim , last of last month i log a claim with miway for intentional damages to my car, they ask pictures and required information i did supply according to thier request, one of the agent ask to take my car to a panel beater of their choice i did as they commanded , panel beater took a quote and send it back to miway and i waited until they called me to take my car in to be fixed becasue the claim is approved , yesterday i took my car i was so nagry to find out they approved half of the damages and claim that other part was not part of the acciednt, I called miway Victor and his Boss were to busy to help with the issue. today morning i called Victor about the issue he said he dont have time for me his Boss will contact me soon and he assess the car based on those pictures i send , ther is nothiing he can do for me now. pictures he talk about i did sent were clear and visit . <br> can i get help on this matter becasue i dont remember missing any payment,
