Hail to the King of service
Good day
I'd like to send a heartfelt gratitude to Ronald from your Mihelp department for the outstanding and stellar service he gave me when i had breakdown this Sunday, he was friendly and made me feel like i was the only person that called in that day, he also told me that the tow truck will take +- 35 minutes for them to get to me but within 10 min the truck showed up and all was well and he even kept in touch during the journey to my house to make sure i arrived safely.
Now that's world class service from him and this really assured me that in right hands and i'm with an insurer that cares
