Had my tracking device installed and email the proof to them on the 11th of May 2022, on the 21st I got an sms to inform me that my theft and anti hijacking cover has been cancelled because they don't have any proof of installation

Had my tracking device installed and email the proof to them on the 11th of May 2022, on the 21st I got an sms to inform me that my theft and anti hijacking cover has been cancelled because they don't have any proof of installation. Only today on the 2nd of June 2022, they phoned my back to tell me it has been restored. What if something happened, what if I have n claim i the near future, with this tipe of admin. Not happy at all.
