Had my policy reviewed in September then I received an increase notice that my premium was increasing again. Kgaugelo responded to my request yesterday. I asked him to escalate my query, which he did. I got a call this morning from Nqobile. She was able to explain the error on the policy anniversary as that on Miway's side. Better yet she managed to get me a lesser premium again and a lesser excess. This was unexpected so I am very happy💃🏾🥳🎉🎊
