Had an unexpected breakdown on route to Dinokeng

Had an unexpected breakdown on route to Dinokeng. Used my Miway emergency app. Response was immediate! My contact Thabang assisted with concern, professionalism and care. Checked in on me constantly until the towing service arrived. Again professional and friendly service. Towed me 54kms to my usual vehicle service centre. Found out it was only a gear selection cable. Relief! Without the calm, cool and collected support, I would have felt vulnerable. Miway approved the towing expediently after confirming a quote for the Kms falling outside of my cover. Prompt, professional and in time. It felt reassuring to know that they truly cared and supported me all the way to get the problem sorted. A Big big thank you!
