Had a great customer experience with Thabani Mnguni from MiWay. I got a courtesy call from MiWay wanting to find out if I am happy and advised the consultant about my premium review, which I felt it was a bit high after it was increased. I am happy customer because he was able to get me a premium that met my expectations.
