Had a conversation with Bonolo Magagula on canceling my insurance with Miway. He went out of his way and actually got me a better deal, but I unfortunately already made commitments on moving and received a better deal with another insurer with Cash-back. Would never have moved if I first spoke to him, but the previous consultant was unable to help me, which made me look for alternatives.
