Had a battery problem on the morning of the 14/03/25
Had a battery problem on the morning of the 14/03/25. Called my way and interacted with Amohelang Molefi. Who was kind and concerned about my situation. Needles to say she made sure i was informed every step of the way. And from initial contact to being assisted it took about 45min for Dale leetjer to assist me with my emergency.
