Gross violation of TCF and unfair pricing
<p>Ayanda Ngobese called me about my Home Contents "to verify" information about my Home Contents cover. When I recieved the updated schedule, NOTHING had been changed on my HOME CONTENTS but my car cover had increased and she added a product I never asked for.</p>
