Greedy & opportunists

have a car insurance with Miway & our agreement with them since I joined was to debit my account on 28th each month. To my surprise, today 20th I get the message from my bank account that they debited. I tried to call them without any success & that money was for my car petrol to work . I'm very angry with the fact that the isn't even anyone you can talk to ask why they did that. No customer service, nothing except automated voice machine... I hate Miway!!! I wanted them to put back that money because they were not supposed to debit so early. They never did! Nxa!
