<p>I have been a client of Miway fr the past three years and i thought they amost the good insurance till yesterday, i have managed to retain me as a client for the long but had to part ways yesterday after they increased my premium by R174 and didn't even try to reduce, other insurance companies would have tried to retain their client whom they have a long relation but Miway it is something else.</p> <p>Now that i have rquested for my insurance to be cancelled, i have not received my cancellation letter/confirmation, why is this taking so long whreas the increase letter pops up immediately.
