Greatest Service I have ever received in Miway

I called my insurance Miway very frustrated because i needed help with my cover. as i called i spoke to a gentleman who then directed my call to a lady called KEABETSWE KEKANA, my goodness need i not say how GREAT her service was. She was attentive, apologetic, polite, patient, the list can go on and on. She is a people's person and is really good when it comes to listening and understanding. Please keep up the good work Kea, you are one of a kind, you really made my day and i really appreciate how calm you were. Miway shareholders and owners should consider themselves blessed to have such an individual working for their company. You are an asset to this company. Keep it up :)
