I would like to commend Mandla Msiza from complaints department. I received the greatest service ever from the day I complained about service I got from other consultants. He is the best, one person who listened to me, on what happened and what route I would like to take and my reasons as to why, regular updates on my claim as well as following up on it on my behalf, seeing it through all the way to the end even though I had already cancelled my policy. I really appreciate your assistance Mandla Msiza, it should not stop with me, the service you gave me please give it to any another person at work and outside of work. May this rub on to others and be the best customer service champion you are. I hope your seniors see how great you are and reward you for your dedication and hard work.
