Greatest Call Centre Person EVER!!!!
After a few phone calls that I had to make to acquire my policy and confirmation document, and spoke to 3 different people, Ntokozo sorted me out in 4 minutes flat!!<br> <br> Great personality! Great attitude! Great Service!<br> <br> It is great to know MiWay has her! Please let her train the rest and not be wasting her love for what she does by having her answer a phone the whole day!!!!<br> <br> 10/10!!!
