S/O to Phemelo Khunou at MiWay for his superb customer service. This review comes in so late as we delt on the 29th and 30th July 2019, but it just goes to show the kind of impact he made that despite all the personal drama that delayed me, I could not have rested without having mentioned how greatful I am that agents like Phemelo still exist. I called in @ MiWay ready to quit and he begged that I give him a chance in reassuring me that I was still in good hands @ MiWay. He went the extra mile that two previous agents had failed me on.
