My Way - Exceptional service Hi There,

I joined My Way car insurance in just over a year ago - which wasn't a hassle at all, a couple of months later, had an accident. I notified them and they quickly attended to my claim, advised me of all the docs they needed to process my claim, all docs were submitted and my claim was processed, clear information was communicated between me and the third party. I later sold my vehicle and wanted to cancel the policy, that process and experience too was great. Instead of cancelling the whole policy, i kept some of the benefits at a minimal R so that when I purchase another vehicle, its not a hassle to continue with my policy as it was. The service i received from the consultant was exceptional, she explained everything with clarity - kept me updated what she was doing and in no time my updated policy schedule was in my mail box....:):):):)
