We have moved residence and had to update the insurance as then our monthly premium increased because of area change so we were not happy about it and couldn't afford, long story short we spoke to a manager and he managed to keep our payment the same as it was before as we were planning to move insurance's and they came with a solution so we decided to stay with them as we were happy and satisfied never had an issue it was just price wise
