Great staff

I'd always been told that Miway reviews were amazing on Hello Peter and a pleasure to know be adding myself to the positive reviews.Staff member named Nobantu dealt with me.I wasn't in an accident but my car conveniently stopped working late on Saturday night on my way home.I am not with AA & knew nobody to assist me.I was thankfully spotted by security guards who some how managed to get my car moving in 2nd gear.My car was dropped off & I called Miway on the Monday for assistance.I was told that my car would be towed to my destination(in this case the car repairs)free of charge if it was 22kms or less.It was 27km away so I had to pay a fee which was very minimal and I was pleasantly surprised by this.Nobantu called me to ensure that I approved of this fee before the tow company was given the go ahead which I really appreciated.My car was taken to the destination smoothly,with no issues and Nobantu called me later in the afternoon to ensure my car had been dropped off safely and that I was ok.As said I am now an addition to the list of good Miway reviews and a proud one at that.A huge thank you to Miway and Nobantu.
