I have been a client of MiWay for 2 years exactly (today). So when I received communication that due to interest rates and all, my premium is going up. I called in furious because i pay my premium and I have NEVER claimed. Bonolo was very quick and proffesional to calm me down respectfully, and infact my premium ended up going down. I am happy again. She was delightful over the phone. She also confirmed that I am still on full comprehensive cover. So thank you Bonolo Masemola for you efficiency. You obviously love your job. Your customer service is commendeble. 100+ from me.
